James is a leader with 16 years of experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Training.  He blends practical problem-solving with the implementation of new modern approaches. This allows him to organize programs and engage employees to get company cultures started, back on track, or inspired to the next level, thinking beyond just compliance to high-caliber performance, communication, and innovation. James spent 10 years as a trainer and public speaker for two global oil producers, which paralleled his 14 years of onsite performance coaching. James is now serving as a safety professional for one of California’s largest heavy civil projects.
